Wearing a vintage lace midi skirt as a dress, accessorized with a faux fur stole and gold bohemian inspired accessories. I used a black slip (worn in between the lace and fabric layer of the skirt) to create the appearance of a two-tone dress…ensuring to hike it up accordingly so as not to obscure the delicate lace detailing of the skirt revealed at the hemline.

I wore this black and white with coral accents outfit to a lunch and thankfully I realized just how sheer this lace skirt really was before leaving the house. It did not look see through in the fitting room! Boy was I thankful that I had a slip to throw on under or else the lunch date would have been seriously delayed whilst re-styling the whole outfit. I was going for a simple black & white classy look and spiced it up with some coral accents.
