I’ve had enough of snow and blizzards dictating outfit choices. So I decided I wasn’t going to let winter stop me from wearing what I wanted for Sushi last weekend. Especially since scoring this long Tahari down filled duvet…I mean jacket; there really should be no excuses. However, I compromised by wearing over the knee boots instead of booties, and purposely chose a white lace skirt to play up on the fresh snowfall. And yes, I clashed red plaids on purpose.

Birdcage

Been wearing a lot of greys lately, and this outing to grab Indian takeout was no exception. Have also been enjoying the way lilac livens up the monotony of the grey. Thus giving me the perfect excuse to layer in my birdcage top. Never thought I would enjoy these two colours together so much.

Pink Champagne

New Years Eve glam with a bold splash of fuschia. I like how the basic grey knit neutralizes the pink satin dress and allows emphasis to be placed on the statement accessories throughout the outfit. Thank you to everyone who has followed me along on the beautiful journey of what has been last year. Wishing you all a wonderful and happy 2015!
