Friday Night

Jacket, blanket scarf, flats, Zara. Cardigan, Forever 21. Top, Mexx. Skirt, Guess. Backpack c/o Pinkstix. Sunnies, Gucci.

Things finally warmed up in Toronto and it was actually enjoyable to be outside in the sunshine. For this Friday night out I wore a darker denim pencil skirt that brought out the darker blue of the blanket scarf. And of course I had to wear my biker jacket and lace up flats. Dressed in a casual outfit for our night of grabbing Indian food and spending some time outside enjoying the weather.

White Bubbles

Wearing a spring style outfit for those cooler days. Wore a crochet knit and a tank underneath with a pair of distressed cropped jeans. Kept with lighter hues and pastel pink for the accents. Hoping the weather warms up soon.

Lights

Tank, Gentle Fawn. Jeans, (here). Shoes, Pink Martini. Clutch, Louis Vuitton. Sunnies, Gucci.

One of those brief moments in time when the sun was out and temperatures reached double digits in an otherwise cold month. Wearing a Gentle Fawn tank with lace detailing over white cropped jeans. I styled the white cropped jeans with a pair of chunky heels from Pink Martini because I’m really short and cropped pants tend to look better with height. Plus I gained a couple of inches which is always a bonus when dealing with a 6’4″ boyfriend.

When shopping for a pair of cropped pants the hem should rest just above the ankle. If the hemline barely clears your ankles an option is to fold them over once or pair the cropped pant with heels to help with the illusion of height.
