Wore this Doe and Rae mauve dress to work earlier this week. One of the things I love about summer is the simplicity of getting dressed. Nothing beats throwing on a cute dress with sandals and being on your way. I wish summer could last forever. Although sadly Labour Day long weekend is here. Any plans?

Wearing a mauve chiffon skater dress from Doe & Rae that I picked up last weekend with a pair of riding boots and a moto jacket for a casually chic holiday look. I simply adore the look created when pairing masculine style pieces like a biker jacket with lace adorned delicate fabrics. I chose riding boots in favour of heels to offset the femininity of the chiffon and to pair the boots with the biker jacket. What are some of your favourite contrasting styles?
