Initially I wasn’t going to post this look as there is really nothing special about it. But then I got thinking…essentially this is a personal style blog. And as such, whether boring or not, at the end of the day it is my style.

Having said all that, whenever I am lazy or just don’t feel like dressing up, I fall back on my uniform: denim skinnies, concert tee and a colour layer underneath. This look features a Coldplay X&Y concert tee, which also happens to be the first concert I ever went to!

While a lot of people get excited for Fall (I have to be honest), I kinda resent it a bit for taking away my warm weather. Now don’t get me wrong, I do enjoy Fall, I just feel as though Summer never lasts long enough. Having said that, I try to keep that Summer vibe going for as long as I can! Like here, rocking a simple concert tank with a pair of shorts that I tried to pretty up with a clustered pearl necklace at our fave hangout spot. (Listening to Matt Mays btw in case the post title doesn’t give it away.)
