How long I have waited to forgo jeans and winter boots in favour of a midi skirt and stilettos. The biker jacket paired with feminine piece is one of my signature looks and I simply can’t wait to rock it again this year. Just when I thought it was time to retire my favourite jacket, winter returned with a vengeance. Even today it was snowing. And I know this is going to sound totally crazy – but I wasn’t ready for winter to be over. Like I mentioned before, I completely became one with winter this year. 5 Ways to Style a Military Jacket
Always a sucker for military anything, as most of you probably know by now. Which of course means that I’ve been crushing on this Free People military jacket for months now. But when I finally caved and decided to purchase the jacket, it had been sold out. Talk about heartbreak. And it wasn’t getting restocked until December, which at the time was a good 2-3 months out. While I wanted to wait until then I decided to abandon the mission thinking I wouldn’t get much use out of a lightweight jacket in the middle of winter. However, Shane surprised me with the exact one for Christmas and I was beyond stoked. The mild weather we have been having lately was just another thing to get me excited.
